I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and on the weekends I conduct an obstacle course racing based group training class, along with 1-on-1 obstacle technique clinics at a local ninja gym called Urban Warrior. I am continually adapting and building new programs off the experience and results of my training over the years. My most recent accomplishments have included; getting my 5k time below 19 minutes, standing atop the podium at OCR events, and finishing 5th place in a Spartan Ultra.
